Totally Unacceptable service from Telkom.

My two telkom accounts have been locked and blocked. My accounts were in full service and positive credit balance. I dont know where my monies are going or is it down the drain.......God please help me now.

This is more than a week and with all the frustrations my call is now cut when a Telkom consultants talk to me. I need my refunds now. This is enough now..... ??????????????????????????????/
