Totally ignore cancellation letter

<p>Please could you advise why you fools are still charging me for my telkom account if I had cancelled months ago. Please send me the correct amount to pay as I can phone I live overseas now. So my telkom account has been inactive which you should be able to see as well as my cancellation letter </p>
