Totally cheesed off.

In 2015 October when the Telkom and Post Office strikes were on my 81 year old mother asked Telkom to disconnect her landline as we were relocating to the coast. She phoned and got a final balance from them which she subsequently paid. Forms were completed and handed in at the local Telkom offices. No proof of receipt there of has been receveived. Now all of a sudden she gets bombarded with phone calls and sms's for an amount of over R2000. They have the proof that this line has not been used since then. This is a money making sceme !!!!!
