TOTAL LACK OF SERVICE

I purchased a Uncapped WiFi package, which consists of Sim Card, WiFi Router and Antenna. Package delivered on 8th March, and they were to install the antenna within a week - ACCORDING TO THE AGREEMENT.<br> Today is 15th April and TELKOM has still not installed my Antenna, but they require full payment of the account.<br> I have call the call centre and I have numerous case numbers, each time they tell me the info was lost. My last complaint on this web site about this matter also received no comments or actions.<br> This kind of service from TELKOM is disgusting and they should be ashamed to call themselves a Service Provider.
