Total lack of service!

Phone lines at my mom's business has been down for more than a week now! We rely on the phones as we offer deliveries to clients. No decent feedback has been given. They just keep in saying that they are busy. How long can it take and are clients that unimportant to Telkom to deliver such a pathetic service? We are located in Randfintein. I truly wish that we had other options as they obviously do not care about other businesses losing huge amounts of money because of them!
