Total lack of service.

I have never had such bad or lack of service from any organization in my life. I took out a Telkom contract in October and if my Wi-Fi/telephone has worked for 6 weeks out of that time it is a lot. You wait for half an hour to log a fault, you wait a month for anyone to come out and look at the fault and then, IF you are lucky something gets done about it. When I cancelled my service THEN someone phones me to offer me a handsfree, cable free phone - seriously!!!Not to mention trying to get the account sorted out and still being debited R1000 when you have had no service. It is beyond belief.

I will NEVER have any dealings with Telkom ever again and how they stay in business I do not know.
