Total lack of service

<p>on Sunday evening, 5 February, I reported that home phone line dead which also means I have no wifi. Received a reference number, 261CRK050217 and that is the last I have heard. It is now Wed. Our home phone is used as a business line as well as for wifi. Everything at a total standstill and not a word from Telkom. Shocking service as usual.</p>
