Total incompetence of Telkom staff

Telkom landline infrastructure was ****** and vandalised in our area, number out of order was SMS on various occasions. However Telkom refuse to refund portion of account. Their totally rude and *********** 10210 technical support and 10210 account support blankly refuse to assist and state that it is within Telkom legal rights to invoice for the service although Telkom do not have the infrastructure to support the service
