Total disregard for customer

<p>These guys have appalling service. Their consultants never revert back to you. Why have products market them and yourself as being great when it's not? </p> <p>I'm being charged way more than what I knew that product to be. No one can revert back with a clear answer. </p> <p>I can't even be told what my balance is. </p> <p>Their Twitter platform is not responsive. Stick to landlines if mobile is a challenge. </p> <p>Mobile subscribers require quick and seemless responses. Get with the program. </p>
