You must be joking me!<br> <br> 10 April 2015<br> The branch manager at Telkom waterfront called the security guards to try and kick me out of the store at around 19h00 tonight. This is because she was ****ed that I was still at their store trying to get help an hour after their knockoff time. I do not appreciate being treated like dirt.<br> <br> I have been at that store since 13h39 and you tell me that until 19h00 there is not a single person who works for Telkom who could help me? I appreciate what Mpho Lebofa did. She tried by all means and her own colleagues hang up on her too.<br> Mpho helped me call Sibongile Malinga and Sannie ****ebje who each made me hold for over 30 min and thereafter hang-up on me. I request a written apology from each one of them for that. Totally not professional nor acceptable!<br> I really appreciate Khamusi's efforts to try and help me.<br> <br> On the main problem - data/router:<br> <br> I am returning this **** of a router and NEED a new one and need my data back!<br> <br> My business is at a standstill when people are having coffee at their homes!<br> <br> Never will I accept **** in my whole life.<br> <br> I NEED ANSWERS & NEED THEM NOW!<br>
