Mr Thato Gopane has been giving exceptional service even through my frustrations with Telkom, he always assists me irrespective of the nature of complaint. Its very rare to receive such service from consultants at Telkom and I hope that Thato can be recognized for his service! Keep it up Thato and Thank you.-Telkom is lucky to have such an awesome employee.
