Top 3 Reasons Telkom should go out of business!

The service is just absolutely pathetic from Telkom. I have taken a contract with them in November 2015. I went into the branch and given all my relevant information. Everything was installed and working fine. Then 3 months down the line I get constant sms's that my line is suspended for non payment!? The *********** consultants at the branch and the systems they use somehow didn't capture my bank details correctly and my account wasn't being debited. So now because of their mess up, my line is suspended and they are demanding I give pay them the full amount on my account! I never had a problem with paying the premium I took out the contract for but I REFUSE to have to be forced to pay 4 months upfront to get my account in order! I am being unfairly prejudiced as a customer because of the faults of Telkom! And further more in regards to TCF principles Telkom has violated all of them! <br> <br> 1.Not one person had the decency to call me to try and resolve my complaint.<br> <br> 2. Every time I call nobody knows what they are doing and how to assist and pass me from pillar to post<br> <br> 3. All they want is my money like the money hungry corporation they are! Not willing to assist me in the slightest.
