Took My Money For no Reason.

I tried to apply for a mobile contract at Telkom I get told that I have an outstanding amount of R180.92, I go and pay R181.00. This was paid at Checkers with the account number given to me by Telkoms account department. They said it would take 24 to 48 hours to reflect. So I phone today 48 hours. So its still reflecting an outstanding amount of R180.92, after phoning your sales department then I get told to phone your accounts department yet again. I phone speak to Ebrahim, who says I owe nothing since 2014, I phone sales again they say I owe money of R180.92. then they look and give me a different Account/reference number to the one I received the 1st time. So now I have paid for something now its not reflecting because it seems the 1st account/reference I got was incorrect. Best of all no at account seems to be able to assist me not even the team leader. So Telkom where has my money gone and why is there an amount showing outstanding which I went to pay yet I do not owe anything, I cant get a contract from you because apparently I owe you money, but you sitting with money I paid for something, no one at accounts is able to pick up. So in fact you owe me money. Please resolve this today. Wow so the profesional team leader come back to me after 30min on the phone telling me I owe Telkom nothing, i owe another service provider, WHAT????? so I tell him that Telkom sales said I owe Telkom R180.92 which I paid. Now tell me where is the money I paid and why does no one have an idee of whats going on there so basicly you stole my money. I have every conversation recorded. If this is not resolved today I will take you court and report you to the hawks if need be as it looks like something ********* is going on at Telkom.
