Took my money and wont deliver!

<p>I app**** a month ago to have an ADSL line installed and activated and was told it would take 1 week to install. We have now been waiting for 1 month and have had no further service. I have been in to a Telkom office 3 times and have been phoning everyday to try resolve the issue, each time I have been given a different excuse as to why they cannot install the adsl line. I have been told: When we get to it we get to it.</p>
