TOOK MY MONEY AND FAIL TO DELIVER

I want to know if the problem is with telkom or the employees, they took my money now they tell me my residential address couldn't be verified, i email Sithembiso to give me his work contact number so that i know what is going on he told me they dont have the work phone, i wonder if the phones they advise they really having them, since last year December on the 23 im still waiting for the phone Sony xperia m4 aqua. when you want to ruin your day call telkom or chat to the agent you wont get the answer and help. They promise to call me but till today they didnt, if you dont do follow up they dont even bother themself to call you.
