Took a Telkom Router, this is my 3rd year with it

Took a Telkom Router, this is my 3rd year with it. Yoh Telkom doesn't deduct on agreed date, then they run to hand you in🙄. Just yesterday I made an eft payment, but today I'm receiving an sms that they've handed me... Mind you this is like the Umpteen time I've been fighting this battle with Telkom not sticking to our arranged date then they run to handlers. It's a stupid method that they are doing 😠 I can't wait for this contract to end and I won't recommend Telkom Contracts in future 🚮
