took a gamble with telkom mobile,but telkom is telkom,STILL PATHETIC!!!

<p>i tried an online application with telkom mobile thinking they would be great as the offers seemed good but little did i know.i was told i would get my device within 5-7 days.Tomorrow is day 7 with NO LUCK of reaching customer service to follow up with the order.NO surprise there.The last time i succesfully reached a call center operator they bluntly said i will receive a sms,which i DID NOT UNTIL NOW,which was last fri.the deal was done telephonically but you as a customer get no sms nor email with layout of contract yet DEBIT ORDER went off.KINDLY CANCEL my contract which should'nt be a problem since i received NO DEVISE as yet.from my side that debit order will be reversed and stopped.tel****,your service delivery is as pathetic as ever</p>
