Too quick to debit refund takes forever

I took a contract on July they debuted my account and said it's a pro-rata and it's going to be reversed back into my account.now when I asked about that no one seems to know about it.i called 2 months ago they have me this ref: ********** 8,And it haven't been resolved.when I call to do a follow up I get a different story. I wonder if I will get my refund anytime soon.this is not a service.You guys are worse than Mtn empty promises."some one will call you " i wonder when will that person call.
