Too much business?

Very excited when fibre was installed in our complex and ordered the "special" 10 mbps / uncapped fibre installation telephonically ono the 25th May. Called on the 5th June to follow up and discovered that the order wasn't on the system, no trace of it, but apparently Telkom had had issues with some of their sales processing in May (?!?). So went through the entire process again and this time got an order number - ********** 47A. Have been tracking the progress of this order each day and Telkom are still "checking stock in their warehouse". In other words, nothing has been done.

Why bother to advdrtise? Why bother to have representatives on literally every street corner by our complex to try and persuade us to sign up with Telkom rather than another ISP if they can't cope with the demand?

Bearing in mind that this order was originally placed in May (and I have a 10 minute call log on my cellphone so I can give the exact date and time), could someone please escalate this order?

My query may have been received, but no-one has done anything about it. The status is still "checking stock in our warehouse". In other words - we have done nothing about your order.
Please don't give me another reference number. Please get someone to actually start the installation process and communicate with me,.
