To much money off my account

Telkom *******ly debiting my account on two different occasions..R2000 on 26 March and R1500 on 1 April where my debit order is just over R700 a month,I go into the store, nobody cares,and I get told I must phone a call centre,I call the centre and they tell me I must go into store???all trying to protect each other while they ***** from the public..c'mon Telkom,get your act together!so glad there is serious competition now like Vumatel..i guess no one will reply to this from telkom
