To HELL with Telkom

It's the fourth month since since i signed up for a Telkom contract phone. I opted in for debit order but not once have they debit my premium from the bank account as agreed, i had to be paying manual. I don't even receive a statement on my emails. Trust me it's the last month I'm going to be doing up n down trying to make Telkom to debit my bank account.
