To good to be true deals from Telkom

<p>I have signed up for a "Great Deal" contract with Telkom through Mobile Talk. This was a February special and R149 for a 15 Gig data bundle. I have telephonically signed up for the contract as this is a really great deal. Then some odd fees here and there was debited from my account and once queried, it is for registration fees and connection fees. This however was not the problem. For two months now, Telkom has been debiting R649 from my account. Once I queried this and I have spoken to several, they all keep telling me that it is an out of bundle rate which I added to my account for R500.00. I have NEVER agreed to this. I have contacted Mobile Talk and they have sent me proof to send to Telkom that this was a contract ONLY for R149 x 24 months. I have sent this to Telkom, only to send me an email a couple hours later to state "Case has been resolved". No one bothered to contact me and I still have not received my money back. This is not acceptable at all!!! I made a huge mistake taking out this contract, I should have known it is too good to be true.</p>
