To cancel a contract with Telkom

To cancel a contract... I spent 3 weeks on the phone, aps, website and customer care. They assured me that my contract is canceled and it is still running 4 months later. They have been steeling money straight from my accounts and will never be held liable for this. This will be the last contract I ever take from telkom... they are ***** and *******.
