TM Products Advertised on [URL Removed] Don't Exist

In 2008 our copper cables were ******.After 2 years of intense struggle,Area manager Moletsi managed to arrange us temporary copper service. I called Telkom new products and services & 10210 as advised, and was told that they have not idea about this promo. They had no idea either and was told to call Telkom mobile<br> <br> I also tried to acquire the SmartBroadband Uncapped offering, but all attempts to acquire these products via TM representatives Wiseman, Lloyd, & Carel have proved fruitless. Manager Charl insists that the products are not unavailable. They asked me to go to a Telkom Store & attach a letter to Bianca Klein with application, but the store insists on ordering via the internet <br> <br> I'm FURIOUS with Telkom & Will Lodge Formal Complaints with ASASA, NCC, NTT for their breach of the CPA if I am not Soon promptly assisted accordingly!
