Tlokom must take responsibility for allowing AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY) to **** their customers.

I am so angry and dissapointed with Telkom for allowing ******** like AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY)to hack their accounts and **** the customers.

these people have taken an amount of R611.60 on my account and i do not understand how can Telkom allow this to happen and just be cold about it and do nothing, justince needs to be done here. if Telkom is partners with these people , the company must pay for this.

There is no way a sane, normal person would do this. even a child would not know the account number or whatever information they need for you to subscribe.

Telkom need to take responsibility for failing their customers and allowing this to happen to many people.
