TKO promotions

I decided to buy a TKO promo data on Friday while having a data bundle active on my number , there I was thinking since the bundle will expire in 7 days it will be used 1st since at the beginning of the month a recurring data bundle was loaded and used 1st to my surprise the Promo Data is no been used . I called their call centre and their agent told they are experiencing a problem where on some numbers their promo data is not used 1st and she told me there is nothing they can do to help me. My close to R70 gone down the drain just like that ☹️
