TKO promo supposed to last a full day but lasts less than 2 hours

Telkom mobile has been advertising TKO promos and 1 offer was 500megs that last an entire day; and a day is 24 hours, but I purchased this at +- 22:20 on 18 Nov 2017. By 00:00 this offer expired.

What deceptive marketing!!!

Advertise 1 day that it will last but hide it that 1 day is when they choose the day to end.

When I called them after 12 they said they won't refund.

Won't participate in any of your future promotions. Might leave your network since picking up a signal can be a pain many times.
