Tiyane is just superb!

After having no joy with Telkom over the phone with bad customer service and lack of product understanding from their call center, I visited the Telkom shop in midrand at the boulders early this year. Tiyane was excellent! I had no issues, she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. She knew the process well and everything she said will follow did.<br> Unfortunately as it all happens with Telkom, it all fell apart once it got to billing and the call center.<br> I returned to the store again yesterday and was shocked that Tiyane not only remembered me, she remembered my account, what I was there to do more than a month ago! <br> I did not have to explain too much, she immediately tried to sort out my problem. They were offline but I was comfortable enough to know what she will return to her written notes and action what she needs to. What a great face for Telkom!!<br> Thank you Tiyane:) YOU ARE THE BEST!
