Tired of waiting

I bought a blackberry Z10 phone at edgars jabulani 24th march 2014 June my phone had a software problem i took it in for repairs they booked it in ,in a week's time i got a call from edgars to come and get my phone it was exchanged because they couldn't fix it. October my phone died again they booked it in late November i received an sms from telkom saying that i have to pay R188.10 for courier services i paid in December ,then in January my phone was sent back to edgars my phone had a sticker on written BER (Beyond Economic Repair) meaning my phone was dead they couldn't fix it. I enquired about it since it wasn't my fault that the phone died.we called the repair center we talked to Matsepo she said book Ur phone in for repairs again and she promised to pay my R188.10 back and fix my phone since they had said it was out of warranty . On the phone 23rd of February i received an sms saying i must pay R188.10 again then On the 27th February i went to edgars to enquire Matshepo said let me do a follow up I'll email now now. Today it's the 5th of march still no reply . I haven't had a phone for 6 months and i believe I've been patient enough i want my money or a new phone.
