Tired of telkom pure services

Hi there how you. I have a big problem with Telkom. For months telkom hasn't deducted their money and they don't call and follow up. I have queried about it because they keep blocking my number. I haven't enjoyed telkom.. Firstly were one of the first debit orders to go of and for 4 months they didn't deduct I feel it's not my problem I have things to do I can't keep my money in the account waiting for them to deduct. And my screen cracked of hauwii pSmart they said I didn't have insurance I don't know how it works. And now as they could see I was layed of at work they didn't call to find out what's happening they just blocked my number again for a r150 that was gonne pay when I get my uif. But they have very pure services they can't fix ur phone screen, then they don't deduct for months and when they do deduct the deduct a hole lot of money please help me.
