tired of telkom mobile

<p>Telkom by far has become the worse service provider ,they make cell c even look appealing now. My nightmare began on friday morning when i tried to reactivate my bis to my utter shock my airtime was deducted but oday is tuesday and i am still not able to whatsapp , bbm, use the internet or email aswell receive any of that . when i called the call centre the agents were pretty professional but i was told that by the end of today i would be called and someone would help me that has not happened .i was given a dozen of different reasons as to why i had this problem but no definite solution they should give their agents a big fat bonus because these agents try so very hard to save face for trollkom sorry telkom , but the beginning of telkoms descent has begun . i have no words to express how annoyed i am . so its another day and i am still without my not so smart smartphone thanks to telkom .........hats of to telkom for worse service provider of the year award Miranda.j</p>
