Tired of telkom bad attitude to me

Lodgeg a complain with telkom on the 18th jan 2018 then every other second day to date 06 feb 2018 i still dont have service my line ********** 116 is still deaf no internet no wifi and everytime they aske me to rate the service after i call ....my call today says they had still not assigned a tech to my problem. I have lost so much buisness i may even close as customers are getting frustrated with me .i am so angry at telkoms lazy dazy attitude
