Tired of Telkom

Dealing with Telkom is an absolute nightmare. I accepted a call from them and decided to move from ADSL to Fibre. Two months later I am still waiting. ADSL has been shut down before Fibre installed so have NO WIFI. all along I am being billed for their services, some amounts look outlandish according to what I agreed to on the phone with the seller. Really do I need to stay with this SoE. I have spent about 40 hours on their call centre lines waiting. I have to make separate inquiries for each. They work in silos. We have to manage them from outside.
