Tired of telkom

I had taken out a router will telkom, 40 gig day and 40 gig night to data in the month of January 2021. They then had a special for unlimited landline wifi in May, so I completed the online application and a consultant called me and moved me to this option of unlimited landline data for R200 in the first 6 months and thereafter the premium will increase. Telkom is now debiting me for both the routers which I need to reverse from my bank account monthly. I called in to mobile, customer care, billing queries this morning and no1 is able to help. This is really ridiculous.
