Tired of telkom!!!

<p>I am so dissapointed in telkom. They always find a way to keep on dissapointing people and now me in the past i looked away from their way of making mistakes as i am not sure how it happened even if they have all the information!!! And also then i need to take the time to do an EFT so what is a debit order to them!!! Now they decided to charge me an extra R200.95 cause my payment was 1 day late. Seriously i mean if there a small fee i would have gladly paid it but that is redicilous. They dont even respond to any emails i have sent over the past two days or phone calls as i tried 4 times and keep on being on hold! I am so tired of this !</p>
