Tired of promises from Telkom
I have been reporting an out of order phone since August! Have all reference numbers! September they gave me an escalation reference number, still had no luck of any response or feedback! I then went onto Telkom Facebook and tried to get some luck that way, eventually someone came out and it took 5 whole minutes to \fix"problem! Well the phone worked for 3 days and then the same thing happened"
