Tired of no information and issues that take long to resolve

OK as much as I been enjoying telkom offer's and packages for the last two month I have been getting very bad network connection very bad the most irretating thong is that when I call I hold for a long time and when I eventually get through no one can tall me when and why the network is bad I haven't had 4G connection for almost a month and a half now been waiting to get this solve but nothing I actually tired of calling and asking I like telkom I won't lie but if it affect my work it's not good and it not that I don't buy data I do that I can use for what I buy it for it makes no sense to stay with telkom if I'm going to spend foe no reason and just settle for What I get even if it's bad
