Tired of complaining

<p>Review 5. i am so tired of complaining. everyone just has this attitude of "we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will look in to it" however when you phone to follow up on your order - which is on day 30 now since i started this, and my order was taken incorrect with me trying to get them to correct it and have done what i actually reqeusted - you get the answer that they are waiting on this department do that or that department to do this. and if it will take 30 days then so be it i just need to be patient. my patients has run out a long time ago. so please do not insult me again by just saying sorry. you are a telecomunications company. can someone pick up a phone and phone the relvant departments instead of waiting for a response and just sort this out.</p>
