Timewasting UnTrained staff on Sales while Management

<p>Nov 2016<br />TELKOM Mobile, Canal Walk</p> <p>How serious is Telkom about Customer Service? Expecting us to deal with "New UnTrained Unsupervised Staff?" First 'Katlynn' couldn't give me info on Hauwei wifi routers nor could their Hauwei representative herself. After a long wait, I was assisted a young short haired lady who had told me that she isn't well clued up on ADSL as they deal with sales only however she made use of her resources & my questions answered.</p> <p>PLEASE train your people before they put on sales. As we can not afford to waste time with these uns****ed people.</p> <p>A Very Irritated Customer!</p>
