TIME WASTERS!!

These people are just pathetic. Tried calling on many occasions, not one single operator gave me a solution to my case, every time I call I am being told to open a new case. Then I am told sweet nothings so that I shut up and drop the call. Once I open a new case, it is NEVER resolved. When I ask to speak to their superior, I am told that there is no one. How the HELL?! who employs these consultants?! All they know is to waste your time! Such unacceptable service!!!
