Time wasters

On the 3/10/2015, my sister walked into a telkom store in cresta branch and app**** for adsl line to be installed at our home. The lady who assisted told her with two weeks someone will come by and install it then after the whole billing will start. We waited and waited. Then after we contacted telkom Twitter acc and explained the whole thing to them. They asked for the Id number stuff after I provided it to them they sent me a msg saying there is no other to that I'd number that's when I send them a image of the form we filled in at the branch then after they took few days giving me stupid reasons that my query is forward here and there and that I'll get a feedback but nothing came through then few days into the arguement they came back with the same story of no order, they just wasted all my time for nothing! Why make people fill in forms and when you'll gave lazy stuff to place it in to order system! They just pathetic time wasters
