Time wasters

Annoyed with Telkom, I'm unable to do a sim swap online or via phone. Why and where do you think people must find the time to go in store for a simple sim swap on a prepaid number. This is frustrating!!!! to say the least and I've had that number for almost 15 years, so it is really inconvenient having to go into a store for a sim. This after I refused to go instore for a LTE solutions (I app**** online late last year) and was giving the same response, please go instore. Why offer online services only to be told to go instore?
