Time travel? No problem,Telkom can keep you in 1995

OK where do I begin. This problem has been ongoing for almost a year now, and I am no more closer to it being resolved. Note this should serve as a warning to everyone that is considering buying ADSL. Keep in mind that you have to get an ADSL Iine from Telkom as they have the monopoly. About last year may I got my first uncapped ADSL from mwetb, everything was going smooth until you one day the internet stops working, I phone mweb they say it's Telkom Iine and a technician will come fix it. The technician came and went and the problem still persisted. Fast forward a couple of months and the line has still not been fixed and at this point Telkom and mweb are just blaming one another. I decide to switch to Afrihost in 2015, problem is still there. Phone Afrihost, Telkom tech arrives again, tells me it's Afrihost that's the problem, I tell him impossible I just switched to them, so he then proceeds to tell me router is the problem. Fast forward to August 2015 I buy a new router. Telkom tech arrives again tells me Afrihost is the problem, keep In mind I have been stuck on speeds of 200kbps the past year on a 2meg Iine. Currently Telkom is just ignoring the issue and I've lost all hope
