Time to resolve a fault is a joke!

<p>My fault reference with Telkom is 674CTK281016. My line first had so much noice on it and could not hear a thing. Now the line is completely dead and received SMS that fault has been restored and phone 10210 if not. What a joke as one cannot call it the line is dead</p>
