If i could give a negative review, i'd give you useless retards a negative 7 star review, i have been struggling and FIGHTING with you idiots for TWO F**kING WEEKS and i have still not received any assistance!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME i am on the line with your *********** helpdesk technicians, one of three things occurs : 1. i am told that the matter has been escalated and i will get feedback (which never comes EVER) 2. I get put on hold for OVER AN HOUR where i then get hung up on, wasting my time 3. i get transferred around from useless technician to useless technician, each one more useless than the last Today i have been trying to call, i get through to Thandiwe Mkize who says her name then literally hangs up right after (this has happened twice now)

Guys, this is a small pharmacy that cannot send mails, one of the bread and butter aspects of their business is being able to communicate effectively with their suppliers and customers, all because you cannot figure out something as simple as a f**king mailbox issue I am at my wits end with you *********** fools and i actually doubt this is going to get any attention either, as you probably don't even have a PR department that deals with complaints because, let's face it, you don't care about your customers do you?
