Was working on the day telkom tech was here. went down the next day and ticket closed.<br> I am now logging a complaints on all MAJOR complain departments.<br> I am start to get the impression that Telkom technicians are not qualified to do their JOBS, because there is a lack of care for customer satisfaction. <br> <br> Telkom service and lines is a true reflection of their level of knowledge and workmen ship. <br> <br> Please inform your accounts department that I refuse to pay until this issue has been sorted. MAKE SURE THIS GETS DONE, If my line gets cut then you WHO is responding will be held liable for NOT complying to client requests.
