TI Mobile Services not working

Just been to the Telkom Shop @ Greenacres PE today 20/07/2018 for assistance on the TI mobile and 1GB data on the free modem. Received a second sim card was told to follow the instructions as before(2 months ago), guess what noting. This service is currently not available, please try again later. Phoned the telkom helpline only to be told that the sim card is not RICA'd. how is this possible as i had everything with me in order to have this done. this is really very poor service. false advertising if you ask me.

Good day Still no good news. I guess I should just forget about the so called free 1GB data as nothing is happening as seen below. STILL UNAVAILABLE...... This service is currently not available, please try again later. TI Mobile The following TI Mobile services have been found. Mobile Number Status Order Number Order Status No records found.
