<p>I had written a previous review about how pathetic the service was from telkom regarding our lines being out of order. Noleen from the Telkom social media team had responded to me and I was updated, within a week of me writing my review the cables were repaired.</p> <p> </p> <p>Well done to the Telkom social media team for their efficient service, I wish all your departments were as efficient.</p>
