Throttling ADSL Speed

As of late I've heard an couple of people complaining they been suddenly Throttled on the network.<br> <br> I'm one of those people, I'm an power user and I've stated that the day I subscribed to the 4Meg ADSL service.<br> <br> I use the line for personal entertainment ranging from streaming services like Vidi, youtube and not only that I've got multiple devices on my network ranging from Xbox console, Smart TV, Multiple pc's and phones.<br> <br> When I got the Line in December I got just short of 300GB and that with the day time throttling which I'm ok with as its peak hours and I'm not home. Jan I got 294GB and Feb and March I've only done 100Gb, this month I wanted to download my Diablo 3 again (25GB) and been using the line heavily and got throttled when I got to the 250GB mark????<br> <br> Only reason I went with the 4meg line is cause there is no 10Meg lines in our area why do sell an uncapped product and then throttle me when I said I'm an power User.<br> <br> What's the official numbers of when the line will be throttled?
