Three Weeks without telephone lines or internet
<p> We are a engineering and construction company that has been without telephone lines and internet for nearly three weeks now! We reported the fault on 12 May 2016 and we were told that the cable needed to be fixed. Telkom assured us that the fault would be fixed by 26 May 2016. It is now 31 May 2016 and we still have no lines or internet. </p> <p>It is very difficult to run a bussines without comunication. </p>

2 June has come and gone and the phone line and internet are still not working. Yesterday Telkom said they have orded a new cable. Today the Telkom says the problem is at the exchange. I am at my wits end!! Every day there is a different story. Please can you give me a definite answer as to when our business will have service again??
